About Dr. Wuttke
Welcome. Dr. Jason Wuttke is a Board Certified Adult Psychiatrist and Board Certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist. He graduated summa cum laude from Binghamton University, where he was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. Dr. Wuttke attended Tulane University Medical School and Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, and received his MD and MPHTM concurrently. His post-graduate training included an Adult Psychiatry Residency at the Harvard Longwood Psychiatry Residency Training Program, and a Child Psychiatry Fellowship at Tulane University School of Medicine.
Dr. Wuttke has been working with children and adults in the New Orleans community for over 20 years. He effectively combines his scientific expertise with an emphasis on communication to provide compassionate care and a collaborative approach to treatment. Dr. Wuttke has broad expertise in scientifically supported treatments for all mental health symptoms and presentations. Through a respectful, empathetic, and thorough initial interview or series of interviews, and a review of pertinent outside evaluations and documentation, he will capably assess, diagnose, and ultimately enact a personalized, patient-specific treatment plan to optimize wellness, recovery, and functioning. Once under his care, he will see you personally at mutually agreed upon intervals appropriate to the optimal management of your conditions. Dr. Wuttke has years of experience helping many hundreds of patients across generations resolve a crisis or manage chronic conditions and return to their best selves. Dr. Wuttke is an expert psycho-pharmacologist, utilizing best practice, state-of-the-art, somatic treatments including judicious and tailored medication management for the gamut of mental health woes.
